Whether you’re looking for a full garden and lawn clean up or a one-off basic mowing service, Smart Call Lawn Maintenance has you covered. We provide professional mowing and gardening services to residential and commercial premises ranging from home units and small acreage properties, through to retirement complexes and body corporates. Naturally, lawn mowing costs can vary with each job, and will need to consider the current state of the lawn, the size of the area to be mowed and even things such as ease of access. If we can view the job in person first, we can price the job accurately and give you a written quote upfront, with no surprises. We can often undertake the job at the same time as we are quoting, depending on our schedule.
To give you a cost indicator, the below fees are a basic snapshot of our pricing:
Standard mowing service
- Small lawns from $40.
- Large lawns from $70.
- Acreage lawns from $100 per hour.
Our standard lawn mowing service includes:
- Grass mowed & clippings mulched or left in your green waste bin. We can also remove the clippings for a small tip fee.
- Edges trimmed.
- Hard surfaces blown clean.
We can also tailor a package to suit you, your needs and your budget. You can choose from:
- Weekly lawn mowing service.
- Fortnightly lawn mowing service.
- Monthly lawn mowing service.
- Once off lawn mowing service.
- A tailored package that suits you, your needs and your budget.
We have commercial grade self-propelled catching and mulching mowers to leave your lawn in the best possible condition. Our acreage mowers include a 4wd climbing mower that is perfectly suited to the Sunshine Coast hinterlands hilly terrain. Our new commercial zero turn mower will handle flat and sloping properties up to 10 acres.

Pruning & Hedging
Smart Call Lawn Maintenance can take care of all your garden hedge trimming and pruning requirements, be that one-off or regular, ongoing maintenance. From pruning trees and shrubs, to larger boundary and feature hedges, we have the right tools and equipment to do the job safely and quickly.
Regular, careful pruning and trimming of garden hedges and plants is essential to maintaining a healthy garden, including seasonally for many flowering plants, roses, fruit trees, shrubs and small trees. It’s ideal to co-ordinate seasonal soil maintenance and improvement with pruning and hedging to ensure your plants are kept strong in winter months, and can flourish in spring through summer and through into autumn.
Our written, up front quote means you will agree to a price before any work commences, and naturally, our hedging and pruning prices include the removal of all cuttings.
Weed control
Here on the Sunshine Coast, weeds can get out of control quickly due to our summer rain fall and humidity. Keeping your property weed free can be quite a challenge and takes experience and knowledge, so why not leave it to the experts.
We hold an Unrestricted Commercial Herbicide Spraying License through the QLD Government. This enables us to safely and responsibly take care of your weed control requirements. Don’t trust the use of herbicides around your home and family to just anyone.
Smart Call Lawn Maintenance can provide a weed control strategy for your lawns and gardens. We can include this as part of your regular lawn mowing service and at a minimal cost. We are also happy to quote on one-off property clean up jobs targeting weed eradication and maintenance.
Green Waste Disposal
Putting off cleaning up that yard? We do thorough garden clean-ups, often on the same day you book, taking away green garden waste and debris fast. We’ll do all the work, and leave your yard spotless.
Pressure Cleaning
Smart Call Lawn Maintenance can provide a quote or undertake while on site, pressure cleaning of paths, driveways, patios and pool surrounds as a complement to our core business services.
Brush-Cutting & Chain Saw Work
Do you have an overgrown or steep hilly part of your property that you struggle to manage or just need tidied up? We have powerful, commercial grade brush cutters and chain saws designed to cut through tree limbs, thick overgrown grass and scrub. Leave the hard, difficult work to us.
Fertilising & Mulching
